leader in the field of collection administration and technology.

Mrs.Michels has been promoted from
Collector to Team Leader to Office Manager and is now Vice
President, Operations. She has been instrumental in automated
systems development and performance management. Prior to joining C.Tech,
she held several key supervisory
and management positions in credit card operations at a major
bank.
